Shipping

All brooches are made to order. Once your order has been received it will be created and shipped within 1 - 2 weeks from the Sunshine Coast, Canada. If you require a rushed order please email me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Regular and express mailing options are available to addresses worldwide. All parcels sent as express come with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to me that every one of my customers is completely satisfied with the art work they purchased. If there is something not quite right with your item please reach out and together we can work on finding a resolution for you. 

Please send all returns or exchanges back to the address written on the original parcel within two weeks of receiving your order. Once I have received your return I will re-ship the exchanged item or process a refund for the amount of the item purchased (excluding the original shipping cost). All items must be returned unworn and intact with their original packaging.
